1. Professional & Educational Use

Our website, products, equipment, educational materials, and online courses are intended for adults and professional audiences only.

Users must be at least 18 years old to purchase products, enroll in educational programs, or use services provided through this website.

Certain products and educational materials may be intended only for trained professionals or individuals currently undergoing professional training in permanent makeup, tattooing, micropigmentation, cosmetic tattooing, or related beauty industry fields.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable:

  • local laws,

  • licensing requirements,

  • health regulations,

  • sanitation standards,

  • import regulations,

  • and professional requirements
in their own country, state, region, or jurisdiction.

2. Educational Disclaimer

All educational materials provided through this website, including but not limited to:

  • online courses,

  • mini-courses,

  • downloadable manuals,

  • webinars,

  • educational videos,

  • demonstrations,

  • informational materials,

  • and training content,

are intended solely for informational and educational purposes.

Completion of any educational program does not grant a professional license, certification, medical qualification, permit, or legal authorization to perform permanent makeup, tattooing, micropigmentation, cosmetic procedures, medical tattooing, areola restoration, scar camouflage, or any other procedure.

Regulations vary significantly between countries, states, and local jurisdictions.

Students and customers are solely responsible for verifying legal requirements before performing any procedure.

  • or refuse transactions without prior notice.

Prices may change without notice.

Certain payment methods, online checkout features, or automated payment processing options may be temporarily unavailable, limited, delayed, or restricted depending on:

4. Appointment Booking, Deposits & Cancellation Policy

Our website may allow clients to book permanent makeup, tattoo, micropigmentation, areola restoration, scar camouflage, and related cosmetic procedures.

Appointment availability, pricing, services, and scheduling options may change without prior notice.

To reserve appointment time, clients may be required to pay a non-refundable booking deposit, typically ranging from approximately 10% to 30% of the procedure cost.

Deposits are intended to:

  • secure reserved appointment time,

  • compensate scheduling availability,

  • cover preparation and administrative costs,

  • and reduce last-minute cancellations or missed appointments.

Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the procedure unless otherwise stated.

Clients may request to reschedule or cancel appointments by providing notice at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled appointment date.

Requests submitted less than 3 business days before the appointment, missed appointments, no-shows, late arrivals, same-day cancellations, or failure to appear may result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.

Repeated cancellations, excessive rescheduling, late arrivals, disruptive behavior, or failure to comply with pre-procedure instructions may result in refusal of future appointments or services.

We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, delay, or cancel appointments at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • health or safety concerns,

  • contraindications,

  • suspected intoxication,

  • inappropriate behavior,

  • incomplete consent documentation,

  • failure to follow preparation instructions,

  • or circumstances beyond our control.

Permanent makeup, tattoo, and micropigmentation procedures involve inherent risks including but not limited to:

  • allergic reactions,

  • infections,

  • pigment migration,

  • dissatisfaction with healed results,

  • uneven retention,

  • skin sensitivity,

  • scarring,

  • fading,

  • or the possible need for future touch-ups.

Individual results may vary significantly depending on:

  • skin type,

  • age,

  • lifestyle,

  • medications,

  • immune response,

  • healing process,

  • aftercare compliance,

  • and previous procedures.

No specific aesthetic or healed result is guaranteed.

5. Digital Products & Online Courses

All digital products, downloadable materials, educational content, online courses, mini-courses, webinars, and video materials are final sale and non-refundable due to the digital nature of the products and immediate access to educational content.

Educational access is provided for individual use only.

Customers may not:

  • copy,

  • share,

  • reproduce,

  • redistribute,

  • resell,

  • record,

  • publish,

  • upload,

  • sublicense,

  • or commercially use any educational materials without written permission.

Unauthorized distribution of educational materials may result in:

  • termination of access,

  • account suspension,

  • copyright claims,

  • legal action,

  • or other enforcement measures.

6. Products, Equipment & Final Sale Policy

Due to the professional-use, hygienic, sanitary-sensitive, and contamination-sensitive nature of products sold on this website, all sales are considered final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for:

  • and import eligibility
    before purchasing.

7. Manufacturer Warranty

Certain machines, power supplies, and equipment may include a manufacturer warranty.

Warranty coverage is provided solely by the manufacturer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Manufacturer warranties generally apply only to verified manufacturing defects and do not cover:

If an order is:

  • refused,

  • or unable to be delivered due to local regulations, customs issues, licensing restrictions, unpaid import fees, or incorrect shipping information,

all shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, carrier penalties, taxes, duties, and related expenses remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returned packages may be subject to additional:

  • handling fees,

  • customs charges,

Due to the professional-use and sanitary-sensitive nature of many products sold on this website, refunds or exchanges may be denied for returned packages even if products are returned by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Refunds, replacements, exchanges, or store credits are issued solely at our discretion where legally permitted.

We are not responsible for:

  • pigment retention issues,

  • dissatisfaction with results,

  • licensing issues,

  • legal compliance issues,

  • customs issues,

  • import restrictions,

  • shipping delays,

  • business interruption,

  • loss of income,

  • or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring safe, sanitary, legal, and professional use of all products and educational materials.
